My bridal shower was everything I could have dreamed of and more! How freaking cute is this backdrop my bridesmaid Stacey made!! *heart eyes* Wait till you see the talent in this group!! 🙂
With my gorgy bridesmaids Priscilla, Andrea, Nikki, Stacey and Amber.
My brother Devin made me this delicious cake!!
Every detail was simply beautiful!
I get it from my momma! <3
My sister Andrea and her husband Frankie own a custom wood design shop (FandA Custom Wood Designs) and they made this gorgeous display for me! How amazing is this!!! I’m going to use this at our wedding as well, it’s just way to cute to only use once…I may just display it at our house too, why not! LOL Andrea also made the wooden pictures, welcome sign and pretty much everything made out of wood!
Girlfriends make the world go round. Love these beauties!
Another F&A custom wood design, succulents are from the family garden, Moorten Botanical Garden, and my bridesmaids re-planted them all to look absolutely adorable!
Trying to find “the groom” in a sea full of celebrities!
Decor and gifts for the games…wine, obviously!
There’s some real talent in my family, haha but for real, my sister Amber made these delicious and adorable sugar cookies! Mmmm I want one right now!
If you haven’t guessed it by now, I love to laugh and this man right here makes me laugh harder than anyone I’ve ever known! Best feeling ever!
And this about sums up my friendship with each of these girls…laughter and love!
I wanted to share my bridal shower with you because I feel like we are on this journey together! I love sharing my personal life with you, outside of my fashion life (but of course the two are pretty much joined at the hip!) My sisters and bridesmaids really outdid themselves for my shower. They wouldn’t share any details with me which I loved and hated. haha I wanted to be surprised but also wanted to know what was going on, what’s wrong with me?! LOL I’m glad I was surprised though, because as soon as I walked in to the private room at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse I was overcome with emotion. Let’s just say I shed a few tears that entire day, all happy tears of course!
They had planned the most beautiful brunch overlooking the water and downtown San Diego. No detail was overlooked, the food was perfection, the company was beyond anything I could ask for and the day was truly perfect. #forevergrateful
As for my dress, well I actually had two outfits I was deciding between and literally 5 minutes before I had to leave my house I went with this which I love! Here was my other option, which I love just as much and will def find an event to wear it I was just feeling the other one a little bit more that morning. I did try them both on about 20 times just to make sure. LOL My shoes I got on major sale at Nordstrom Rack. I also got my makeup done at A Toast to Beauty (they are amazing!) and styled my own hair!
Thank you so much to everyone who took the time out of their day to help me celebrate this memorable day and everyone that commented on IG, you truly helped make this day the best ever! I can’t believe I’ll be a Mrs. in just 51 days!! (Who’s counting! LOL) <3
