Hello and Happy New Year!! This is my first post of 2019 and I just wanted to quickly say thank you for continuing to follow along on my fashion, mommy, and lifestyle journey. If you’re new here, welcome!! It’s so great to meet you and I hope to inspire you with my outfit posts and mommy must haves!

I don’t usually set a new years resolution but I do think the new year is a great time to reset, and today I’m resetting with getting in shape. It’s been 7 months since I’ve had Josie and I’ve been to the gym a handful of time. Sad I know. I use to work out and go to yoga all the time, even while pregnant. I do walk every day with Josie but don’t feel like it’s enough so I’ve decided it’s time to get my booty and body back in shape.

Because I like structure, ie workout classes, instructors and a set time I decided to start working out with the Sweat app and take on the 12 week challenge. I’ve been able to get my workouts in while Josie takes a nap or she’ll sit on the floor and watch me like “what are you doing?? I’ve never seen you squat before!” haha

It feels good to be working out again and feeling stronger overall. I’m excited for the new year and all the fun things coming up and can’t wait to share them with you!
